That was the thought Nicolas Jacobi had at a flat viewing – along with 30 other prospective tenants crammed into the stairwell.
In 2014, that thought became a company: together with Nico Vogelsberger and Johannes Hiemer, he founded Immomio in Hamburg. From the outset, the aim was to digitalise the whole journey from flat search to moving out – for tenants and landlords alike.
Today, around 60 Mionauts are working towards that goal. Anyone who applies via Immomio now does so digitally – and receives viewing appointments directly from the landlord, instead of waiting in a stairwell and hoping for the best.
What you should know about us.
No brokerage, no commission
The landlords list the flats themselves, and your application goes directly to the housing company. Immomio never receives money from you for a letting – ever.

What exactly does Immomio do?+
Immomio is a Hamburg-based software company. Is Immomio an agent or a property portal?+
No. Immomio does not broker flats and receives no commission. The flats you see with us are listed by the landlords themselves – your application goes directly to the housing company.
