Who is Immomio suitable for?+

Does Immomio replace the ERP system?+
No. Immomio is the recommended extension for letting and tenant communication and is connected to your existing ERP via an interface. Master data remains led by the ERP; Immomio handles marketing, applicant management, signature and the tenant portal.
Is Immomio GDPR- and AGG-compliant?+
Yes. Immomio hosts in Germany, qualifies prospective tenants in compliance with the GDPR and the AGG (German General Equal Treatment Act) and uses AI exclusively from Germany and in compliance with data protection law. Every flat seeker has their own account with a separate user agreement – this allows Immomio to check the housing entitlement certificate (Wohnberechtigungsschein, WBS) before the landlord is allowed to see it.
What is the Immomio property portal?+
A free additional marketing channel for Immomio customers. Properties are only shown to registered, verified seekers, and every application passes a bot check. No quota, no contract amendment.
