Why not use the ERP provider’s letting module?+
ERP modules cover letting in breadth, not in depth: matching, an applicant pool, bot protection, a check of the housing entitlement certificate (WBS) before the viewing, a white-label portal for flat seekers and a roadmap 100% dedicated to letting are not found there. A specialist complements the ERP via an interface and leaves master data where it belongs.
What happens if we change our ERP?+
Nothing changes in the letting process. Immomio is integrated with SAP, PROMOS, Wodis Yuneo and Wowiport; if you change ERP, only the ERP integration is switched over – processes, data and portals remain.
