Do I have to book the entire platform?+
No. Most customers start with the letting portal and later add digital signature, the tenant portal or the smart handover report. Each module runs on its own but shares the same data foundation – so nothing is entered twice.
Does Immomio replace our ERP system?+
No. Your ERP remains the leading system for master data and accounting. Immomio handles the processes before and alongside it – marketing, selection, contract, handover, tenant communication – and writes the results back.
What does the connection to our ERP cost?+
For the common ERP systems in the German housing industry there are no recurring interface fees. Costs arise only for the initial connection, i.e. the one-off setup and data review during onboarding.
