Your Immomio account is created via a housing provider – free of charge and for that provider. With Immomio Now, your search profile applies to all Immomio providers in your search region.
Immomio is the platform housing companies, housing cooperatives and property managers use to let their rental flats. Prospective tenants use it to apply, arrange viewings and share their documents – the selection is always made by the provider.

You register via the website of a housing provider that works with Immomio – or apply to one of its listings, including via property portals. This connects you with that provider.

You can take out a subscription at any time later. The postcode list shows which regions are chargeable.

From the account onwards, the path is the same for both options. The only difference is how many providers your search profile reaches.

Add your profile and documents
Upload them once. Providers only see your data once you have released it – and only as much as the step requires.
Receive offers and apply
Proactive offers arrive via the waiting list. You apply to published flats from your account.

Choose appointments and clarify questions – via your account and the integrated chat.
Acceptance and tenancy agreement
The provider makes the selection. With many providers, you sign the tenancy agreement digitally.

Can I create a free search profile directly with Immomio?+
Not directly on immomio.com. The free basic account is created via the website of a housing provider that works with Immomio, or by applying to one of that provider’s listings. It then applies to that provider. You can book Immomio Now directly with Immomio.
What is the difference between the basic account and Immomio Now?+
The basic account applies to the providers you are connected with. Immomio Now sends your search profile to all Immomio providers in your search region – without separate registrations. Depending on the region, it costs €0 to €9.99 per month and is free of charge for subsidised flats with a valid housing entitlement certificate (WBS).
How is a connection to a provider created?+
By creating a search profile via the provider’s website, or by applying to one of the provider’s listings on its website or on a property portal.
Does Immomio arrange flats?+
No. Immomio operates the platform. The selection is made solely by the provider; there is no commission and no priority in the allocation.
