Accessibility statement for www.immomio.com

1. Introduction & our approach

Immomio GmbH strives to make its public website at www.immomio.com as accessible as possible.

As the website operator, we (Immomio GmbH) endeavour to design our website in accordance with the relevant accessibility regulations. The accessibility requirements arise from the BFSG (German Accessibility Strengthening Act), in particular from Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3(1) BFSG, with reference to the BFSGV (Ordinance on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act).

As Immomio is not a public body, there is no legal obligation for its purely informational website to provide an accessibility statement or to fully comply with the requirements of the BITV (German Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance) or the BFSG. We nevertheless publish this statement voluntarily in order to create transparency and to demonstrate our commitment to digital inclusion.

About Immomio:
Immomio offers a digital 360° platform for the housing industry. On our website, we provide information about our company, present our products, publish expert content, enable demo requests, provide contact forms and give insights into career opportunities.

2. Compliance status

The website www.immomio.com is partially compliant with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and the relevant criteria of EN 301 549.

Accessibility features already implemented:
– Basic keyboard navigation is possible.
– Responsive web design for mobile and desktop devices.
– Many images have alternative text.
– Headings are semantically structured correctly in most areas.
– Some colour contrasts already meet the minimum requirements.
– Consistent navigation and clear user guidance.

3. Non-accessible content

The following areas are not yet fully accessible:
– PDFs, white papers and product information: some tags missing or complex layouts.
– Forms such as demo and contact requests: some ARIA labels missing or focus order not optimal.
– Individual icons and graphics without alternative text.
– Dynamic UI elements such as sliders, animations or complex interactions.
– Embedded third-party content such as videos or maps, whose accessibility we cannot fully control.

4. Note on the Immomio applicant portal (protected area)

The Immomio applicant portal at https://tenant.immomio.com is a closed login area for applying for flats digitally. There, users can view flat listings, manage applications, book appointments, create search profiles, complete tenant self-disclosure forms and communicate via the messenger.

A separate accessibility statement exists for this area; it is published directly in the portal and describes the functions, workflows and improvement measures there.
