The basic account is always free and covers your search with your connected providers. A basic account can only be created via the website of the provider you are interested in. Immomio Now gives you additional features, including extending your search profile and flat search to all Immomio providers in your search region – without registering separately with each company.

Creating and using your search profile remains free. Without an Immomio Now subscription, the features can only be used with your connected providers. You become connected by creating a search profile for your user account (basic account) with Immomio via a provider’s website, or by applying for one of the provider’s listings via the provider’s website or other property portals.
What Immomio Now is not
- Not an agency service and no commission – Immomio does not broker flats.
- No flat behind a “paywall”. All flats are also available by registering separately with the respective Immomio providers.
- No priority in the allocation of flats: the selection is made solely by the provider.
- A flat fee that does not depend on success, regardless of whether a tenancy agreement is signed or how high the rent is – cancel monthly.
- The postcode list shows the regions in which Immomio Now is subject to a charge.

Is Immomio free for flat seekers?+
Yes. The basic account is free: search profile with connected providers, applications, messages, appointments and data escrow. Immomio Now is an optional subscription. It costs €9.99 per month in regions on the postcode list, is free in all other regions and, with a housing entitlement certificate (WBS), is free nationwide for subsidised flats.
Who are the landlords on Immomio?+
Only professional providers can let properties on Immomio, such as housing companies or property managers. All providers are vetted and reputable. No fake flats or scam listings.
Is Immomio a landlord?+
No. Immomio is the operator of the platform.
What is the difference between the basic account and Immomio Now?+
The basic account applies to your connected providers. Immomio Now extends your search profile, applications, waiting lists and flat search to all Immomio providers in your search region. Only the paid Now subscription (€9.99 per month) also includes SMS verification and premium support (see the feature comparison). Immomio Now with WBS is limited to subsidised flats.
How do I become connected to a provider?+
By creating a search profile (how it works) via a provider’s website, or by applying for one of the provider’s listings via the provider’s website or other property portals.
Can I use Immomio with a WBS without uploading it?+
Yes. You can register with Immomio via the website of the respective housing provider. However, the features of your Immomio user account are then limited to communicating with these providers only.
Can I register with Immomio without a subscription?+
Yes, via the website of the respective provider. You then use your Immomio account to apply to and communicate with this provider. You can take out a subscription at any time later on.
