What does the Immomio property portal cost landlords?+
Nothing. For Immomio customers the property portal is a free additional marketing channel – no quota, no contract amendment. Published properties appear automatically; the admin controls the pre-selection of channels.
Why may Immomio check the WBS when the landlord may not?+
Immomio operates its own platform with a separate user agreement with every home seeker and processes their details in its own name, not on behalf of the landlord. That is why the housing entitlement certificate (Wohnberechtigungsschein, WBS) can already be evaluated in the search profile. The landlord only receives the information WBS yes/no. A data processor acting solely on behalf of the landlord is not permitted to do this.
What is the difference between Immomio Now and the Immomio Verify module?+
Immomio Now is a service for home seekers that provides bot protection and verified profiles free of charge on all of Immomio’s own channels. The paid Immomio Verify module additionally secures the landlord’s own channels: SMS verification on registration in the landlord’s own prospective tenant portal and for external applications from the website or property portals, including rules for unverified contacts.
Can I hide Immomio Now from my home seekers?+
Yes. With the Customised prospective tenant portal module (formerly internal prospect pool) the Immomio Now offer can be deactivated. Your home seekers will then, however, lose the AI WBS check and SMS identification.
