Use Immomio to deliver monthly UVI data from different metering service providers across several channels – tenant app, PDF, email and letter – simply and clearly for your tenants.

02 · OVERVIEW

Status per channel and metering point

The graphical UVI Control user interface shows clear status information for all delivery channels and metering points. You can see what has been delivered – and where data is missing.

03 · COSTS

Reporting per tenancy agreement

Cost reporting per tenancy agreement lets you pass all UVI Control fees on via the service charges – transparent and auditable.

For your team

One process instead of five provider portals.

The data comes from different metering service providers‘ systems, but the obligation lies with you. UVI Control brings both together and documents delivery.

  • Import of data from all connected metering service providers
  • Assignment to tenancy and period of use
  • Digital first: letters only where digital is not possible
  • Proof of delivery per channel
  • Escalation when meter readings are missing
  • Cost reporting per tenancy agreement for passing on costs

It fits together because it was built together.

Every product works on the same data foundation – no double entry, no additional interface.

FAQ

UVI Control – quick answers.

Can we use UVI Control with several metering service providers?+

Yes. That is exactly the point: data from different metering service providers comes together in one interface and is routed through the same channels.

What happens with tenants who do not use the app?+

The next suitable channel is selected for them automatically – email with PDF or letter. You do not have to keep track of who is reached how.

Can the fees be passed on to tenants?+

The cost reporting per tenancy agreement is built for exactly this: it shows the UVI Control fees for each tenancy agreement so that they can be passed on as part of the service charges.
