The Munich rental market is overstretched. It is not only people searching for a flat who feel this, but also those letting the flats. At Immobilien Jugan, five employees work in letting. “In the past, even posting the listings was very cumbersome for my staff,” recalls Markus Jugan. “Afterwards, they were flooded with calls and emails from prospective tenants.”

Reduced workload for staff

Thanks to Immomio, that is now a thing of the past. “Especially for the Munich rental market, we have changed the workload for our staff for the better. Hardly any calls any more, significantly fewer incoming emails – the time savings are huge,” explains the Managing Director. The entire letting process now runs via the Immomio portal. Depending on the market situation and target group, the listings are activated on the property portals in stages. Direct contact attempts by prospective tenants via email and phone, on the other hand, are no longer processed. “Every now and then, this still needs some explaining,” says Jugan.

Immomio has become an indispensable part of everyday work. “Immomio is very user-friendly – we are completely satisfied,” says Markus Jugan. The Managing Director also receives almost consistently positive feedback from prospective tenants: “The reservation function in particular goes down very well with prospective tenants.” To conclude, Markus Jugan also has words of praise for the support provided by the Immomio team: “Requests are dealt with very quickly.
