They maintain their search requests online themselves – Immomio makes sure these are always up to date and that no dead records build up. Both the cooperative’s employees and prospective tenants benefit equally. For employees, the organisational workload is reduced, and prospective tenants are always up to date on their application: “Immomio makes letting and data protection more transparent,” summarises Friers.

Baugenossenschaft Langen now handles the entire letting process via Immomio, from marketing through to the final letting. Implementation was quick: “Only a few weeks passed between placing the order and using it in practice,” says Friers. Finally, the Chairman of the Board also has words of praise for the support provided by Immomio: “Our queries are always answered promptly and comprehensively.”
