In addition to the benefits for Lehrerbau and the prospective tenants, the digital process also improves the carbon footprint: “Handling large amounts of paper has largely become a thing of the past. This is how we play our part in protecting the environment,” says Ms Brandt-Illner.

Lehrerbau now handles the entire letting process, from marketing to the final letting, via Immomio. Further digitalisation processes are already being planned.
