GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen signs 90% of its tenancy agreements digitally

With around 53,000 residential units in seven German federal states, GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen (GWH) is one of the largest portfolio holders operating across regions in Germany. The Hesse-based company has been using Immomio for letting since 2020 – and digitalisation and automation within the company are being steadily expanded. Thanks to the digital signature, the final step of the letting process is now also mostly digital, and in some cases it is even completely outsourced via the agent module. “This marks a paradigm shift for us,” explains Stefan Herbes, Head of Property Management at GWH.
