For around 125 years, BG Gießen has been creating affordable housing in and around Gießen. Before the successful collaboration, selecting new tenants was very time-consuming: “Applicants came to see us in person and their details were recorded on an application form,” recalls Margraf. “When a flat became available, we had to pick them out individually and write to them to offer them a flat,” adds Doris Saar, who is also responsible for letting and tenant support at BG Gießen.

Thanks to Immomio, this is now a thing of the past. Prospective tenants are now automatically matched with the ideal tenant profile and sorted by suitability using an algorithm. BG Gießen uses both the chat function and the option of arranging an on-site appointment: “At one such meeting in our office, we were able to raise all the difficulties, which we then solved directly with the Immomio employee,” reports Margraf.
Daily use
