Immomio recognised in the ZIA Innovation Report 2020

Hamburg, 23 November 2020: The electronic tenancy agreement signature in Immomio GmbH’s digital letting solution has been recognised in the “Best Practice” category of this year’s ZIA Innovation Report.

The jury’s assessment states: “At many companies, the letting process is already highly digitalised today. Until now, however, it always stopped at the signature. Immomio’s electronic, interface-integrated and legally compliant tenancy agreement signature is further innovative evidence of the advancing automation in property management and a best-practice example of cross-company innovation.”

The digital tenancy agreement signature is a milestone in digital letting: it is the first and only solution in Germany for signing tenancy agreements electronically in a legally compliant way. Since the end of March, landlords have been able to sign their agreements digitally, which means they can now also handle the last step of the letting process digitally and without contact.

The submissions for the ZIA Innovation Report were assessed by a jury made up of industry experts and, for the first time, members of the academic and business communities.
