New in the Immomio portfolio: the new-build and project portal
To meet growing demand, 308,000 new flats need to be built and then marketed across Germany every year – according to a study by the German Economic Institute (Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft, IW). Digital solutions can help to manage this mammoth task. This is exactly where our new-build and project portal comes in. With familiar, proven features from the digital letting process and exclusive new developments, the new portal digitally supports the processes of marketing new builds and projects, ensuring efficient processes. Here we present the new development!

Where there is building, there must also be planning – and Germany needs to build a lot over the next few years to meet growing demand.
Planning and letting phase
In the planning phase, housing companies, property developers and landlords can create a contact form and publish it on their project website. Using this form, interested parties can apply for the project even before the flat is published and have themselves put on a waiting list. Personal data is always processed in compliance with data protection law, and applicant information is collected in a structured list of prospective tenants at project level.
For the letting phase, the new-build and project portal offers all the features of the digital letting process. The tenancy agreement can also be signed electronically in conjunction with the portal. Digital letting not only saves resources but also ensures efficient marketing.
Landlords can select suitable tenants for their properties directly from the list of prospective tenants. The property list gives them the overview they need – even with a large number of properties. When working with show flats, applications from prospective tenants can easily be moved between flats.
Innovative 3D visualisation
Users of the new portal have access to an interactive 3D visualisation. It helps prospective tenants find their way around the project quickly and find the right flat. Like the contact form, the 3D visualisation can easily be integrated into the project website. The visualisation is particularly helpful for prospective tenants in large projects, so they can keep track there too. In future, sales processes and viewing appointments will also be able to be mapped at project level.
Simple planning and letting through digital processes
Overall, digital processes make planning new builds and projects much easier. When data is available digitally, it is much easier to get an overview than when poring over files. In addition, tenants and prospective tenants know and value digital processes from their everyday lives and don’t want to miss out on the benefits when looking for a flat either. Digitalisation also saves resources – going paperless and lower staff workload are among the most important.
Continuous development
The new-build and project portal has been in use since May of this year. To tailor the portal ideally to customers‘ wishes, further features are already in development. The extension already has interfaces to all common ERP systems in the housing industry.
