Immomio launches new housing cooperative module

Housing cooperative module

Hamburg, 22 November 2023: Hamburg-based Immomio GmbH is expanding its product portfolio with a new housing cooperative module. It gives housing cooperatives a professional letting solution tailored to their specific requirements for the letting and allocation process and to the needs of their members.

Since 2015, Immomio has pursued the vision of digitalising the entire life cycle of properties. Historically, the Hamburg company’s customer base has also included many housing cooperatives, for which Immomio has already developed numerous functions. These have now been extended and combined in the new housing cooperative module within the 360° platform.

Functions designed specifically for housing cooperatives and their members

Among other things, an automatic member recognition feature has been developed. In addition, housing cooperatives can use an intelligent duplicate check and thus automatically merge duplicates. To do this, Immomio compares the applicant and prospective tenant data with the data from the imported membership lists. The lists of prospective tenants can be sorted and filtered by relevant allocation criteria such as date of joining, membership number, waiting time and membership status. The new module also includes a cooperative share calculator that automatically calculates members‘ shares and entrance fees.

New standards for cooperative letting processes

“Housing cooperatives have special requirements in the letting process. Our aim is to digitalise this process. In doing so, we take the load off our customers‘ employees and offer their members a modern, transparent and fast application process. With automatic member recognition and intelligent duplicate merging in particular, we are setting new standards for cooperative letting processes,” says Nicolas Jacobi, Managing Director of Immomio GmbH.
