Immomio launches service provider portal

Hamburg, 27 June 2024: Hamburg-based Immomio GmbH has extended its 360° CRM platform with a service provider portal. To do so, Immomio is working with the Swiss proptech Yarowa. From now on, maintenance processes can be handled digitally and seamlessly between tradespeople, tenants and landlords via the Immomio platform. In addition, Immomio customers gain access to an extensive network of professional service providers.

Since 2015, Immomio has pursued the vision of digitalising the entire life cycle of properties. By integrating Yarowa’s service provider portal into Immomio’s tenant app and ticket system, the Hamburg company has taken an important step forward. The service provider portal enables digital collaboration between housing companies, service providers and tenants and simplifies the management of maintenance work as well as ratings of tradespeople and their work.

A fully digital process

Selecting and commissioning tradespeople, including scheduling appointments and invoicing, is a time-consuming and costly process for housing companies. With the new service provider portal, this process is fully digitalised. Tenants can report damage via the tenant app and, in future, select tradespeople based on specified criteria and book an appointment directly. The service provider carries out the job and uploads the invoice. All that remains is for the housing company to pay it, and the process is complete. Tenants also have the option of rating the tradesperson. Throughout the entire process, from the damage report to the invoice, housing companies benefit from full transparency.

First customer already convinced

Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen, one of the country’s largest supra-regional portfolio holders with 53,000 residential units, has already successfully integrated the service provider portal into its Immomio environment.
