Hamburg, 5 July 2023: Hamburg-based Immomio GmbH is adding a tenant app to its product portfolio. This gives housing companies a professional solution with all the key functions for comprehensive digital tenant communication. With this addition, the Hamburg-based company is adding a further component to its 360° platform.
Since 2015, Immomio has pursued the vision of digitalising the entire life cycle of properties. With the Immomio 360° platform and its integrated software products, housing companies can digitalise their tenant communication and processes end to end, from letting the flat and signing the tenancy agreement through to moving out. Customers can now also use the new tenant app for this.
All communication on one platform
“With the tenant app, we are further expanding our end-to-end range of solutions and giving landlords and tenants the opportunity to handle all their communication via one platform,” says Nicolas Jacobi, Managing Director of Immomio. Via the tenant app, housing companies receive damage reports from their tenants directly in digital form and can quickly and easily provide information such as current news, flat offers and announcements as well as contract information. In future, direct questions can also be answered digitally via the app’s chat function.
Add-on modules round off the offering
With add-on offerings that go beyond the basic module, housing companies gain extended options for shaping their tenant communication. These include processing enquiries with the ticket management module or sending monthly consumption information (UVI) to tenants via the EED module. Providing this consumption information is now mandatory – so landlords not only save money because no letters need to be sent, but also meet their legal obligations. The app can also be visually designed in the company’s corporate design.
