Immomio launches new product UVI Control
Hamburg, 6 August 2024: Hamburg-based Immomio GmbH is expanding its portfolio with a new product: UVI Control. It gives housing companies a professional solution for meeting their obligation to pass on monthly consumption information (unterjährige Verbrauchsinformation, UVI) to their tenants.
Since 2015, Immomio has pursued the vision of digitalising the entire life cycle of properties. With the Immomio 360° platform and its integrated software products, housing companies can digitalise their tenant communication and processes end to end, from letting flats and signing the tenancy agreement through to reporting damage via the tenant app and tenant portal. The Hamburg-based company has now also developed a solution for delivering the mandatory monthly consumption information (UVI).
Holistic and legally compliant
UVI Control is a holistic and legally compliant solution for handling UVI efficiently. It includes a database for storing, aggregating and merging UVI and master data, as well as automated monthly provision of this data. To this end, consumption data from metering service providers and from municipal or in-house utilities is transferred and imported automatically. This data is enriched, assigned to the correct tenant on the basis of the contract data held in Immomio, and prepared in the customer’s design using a PDF generator. The consumption data is available both as a PDF document and in raw data format, so it can be visualised in a tenant app, for example. For tenants who are not yet registered for the tenant app, the generated PDF is automatically sent as a letter via Deutsche Post.
