Press release: GWH and Immomio

GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft Hessen relies on Immomio for letting

With around 50,000 residential units in its portfolio, GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen is one of the largest landlords in Germany. The subsidiary of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba) will in future handle its lettings entirely digitally via the letting platform of Immomio GmbH, taking a further step in its digitalisation strategy.

Stefan Bürger, Managing Director of GWH, is delighted with the potential this unlocks: “Immomio enables us to involve our prospective tenants actively in the letting process, without any media discontinuity. This reduces queries and gives us more time for our core business.” Nicolas Jacobi, Managing Director of Immomio, explains: “Especially in high-demand markets, where GWH also operates, customer focus and data protection often fall by the wayside when letting flats. With the help of our intelligent, digital process, landlords can solve precisely these problems. We are delighted to have won GWH as another major portfolio holder that will rely on Immomio in future.”

Digital end-to-end letting solution

With the online letting solution, GWH is digitalising its internal processes and thus easing the workload of its employees. Using the Immomio prospective tenant database, GWH can make a flat offer to suitable tenants with just one click. Scheduling viewings and signing tenancy agreements are also completely digital. At the same time, customer service improves thanks to the digital involvement of prospective tenants. Flat seekers can use the Immomio platform to manage their search profiles online, receive flat offers and book available time slots for viewings. Immomio’s data protection concept also helps to design the entire letting process in line with the requirements of the GDPR.
