Immomio appoints Nikolai Roth as new Chief Sales Officer

Hamburg, 14 May 2025 – Immomio GmbH is expanding its management team and has appointed Nikolai Roth as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In this role, Roth will be responsible for the Hamburg software company’s market presence, with the aim of further expanding its position as the leading PropTech in the German housing industry.
Nikolai Roth brings extensive experience in the digitalisation of the property sector. As founder of Maklaro, one of Germany’s first digital estate agents, he established innovative solutions for selling property. Most recently, Roth was managing director of Musterhaus.net, a subsidiary of FUNKE Mediengruppe, and played a key role in making the company one of the leading portals in the industry. Roth is also chairman of the German Platform for Technology and Innovation – gpti e.V. for short – the largest network for PropTech companies in the DACH region.
„Nikolai Roth is a proven expert in digital business models in the property sector and, as chairman of Immomio’s advisory board, has helped shape our company over the past four years. His move from an advisory to an operational role is a significant step towards strengthening our market presence and further expanding our market position,“ says Nicolas Jacobi, CEO of Immomio.
Nikolai Roth adds: „In recent years, Immomio has established itself as one of the strongest PropTechs on the market and has achieved impressive success. The company offers enormous potential for further growth and innovation – I look forward to realising this together with the team in my new role as CSO.“
The expansion of the top management team marks a further milestone for Immomio in its aim to be a reliable long-term partner for the property sector. Alongside the arrival of Nikolai Roth, there will be further personnel changes at Immomio. Alexandra Bredahl, Head of Marketing and Sales, will leave the company at her own request on 31 May 2025 to take on a new professional challenge.
